THE “NEW-WAVE” SPECIALIST IN THE POST-WAR RECOVERY OF AN ENTERPRISE’S ECONOMIC RESOURCES

Full text (pdf)
Language: Ukrainian
Abstract. The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the role and functions of a “new-wave” specialist as a key driver of the post-war renewal of an enterprise’s economic resources. It is demonstrated that traditional renewal based on pre-war models is ineffective under conditions of large-scale distortions in the economic landscape caused by military aggression. The research methods encompass the domain of systemic management, aligned with European perspectives on enterprise development, including a systems approach to activating employee potential; comparative analysis; information modeling and generalization (for shaping the profile of the “new-wave” specialist); as well as the method of logical modeling of economic resource renewal processes. The author reveals the essence of the “new-wave” specialist as an adaptive manager whose professional profile is grounded in a combination of resilience, digital literacy, and environmental awareness. Particular attention is paid to the structuring of the specialist’s functions: cognitive, managerial, and technological. The study compares the characteristics of a traditional specialist and a “new-wave” specialist, emphasizing the importance of cross-functionality (T-shaped skills) and adaptive intelligence (AQ). Three vectors of resource renewal are identified: material and technical, financial and investment, and information and digital. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of an integrated “4D-development” model (microlearning, VR simulations, cross-functional sharing, eco-learning), which corresponds to the concept of lifelong learning. A new paradigm for managing the processes of activating innovative and functional employee development is proposed, ensuring a multiplicative effect on the development of the enterprise’s resource potential through the implementation of AI tools and automation. A system of KPIs for assessing employees’ professional development is proposed, based on indicators of social impact and strategic alignment with EU standards and ESG principles. The research findings can be applied in the development of modernization strategies for domestic enterprises and in designing professional retraining programs in the post-war period.
