ANALYSIS OF EXISTING INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM IN UKRAINE, PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF IMPROVEMENT
Abstract. The article considers the existing informational and analytical support of vocational education system in Ukraine. Since 2000, as a result of largescale European integration processes, the reform of the system of vocational education has been reformed, its legislative and regulatory support has been renewed. Much attention has been paid to the formation of information provision of the system of vocational education as for the main basis for making administrative decisions and the formation of an effective system for monitoring the quality of education. The article analyses statistical reporting in vocational education. Four sources of statistical reporting are described in detail: reports collected by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Information from the publications of the State Statistics Service; Indicators based on the results of the Turin process; Information of the Uniform State Foundation for Electronic Education. Informational and analytical support of the system of vocational education should be understood as a set of forms of statistical observation (including processes of reception, processing, usage and storage), the regulatory framework and decisions on volumes, locations and forms of existence. Information is used in the system of vocational education. Areas of further research are the development of a methodology for determining the scope and direction of training in accordance with the needs of regional labour markets.
