DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION

Abstract. The article is designed to cover the directions for modernization of the Ukrainian software and hardware complex «Automated information complex of educational management» (modernized information and telecommunication system «State information system of education»). The approaches to further development of the software and hardware complex «Automated information complex of educational management» are highlighted. The main definition of the «Automated information complex of educational management» is revealed. The tools for modernization of the «Automated information complex of educational management», ways of introducing the principles of e-government in the field of education and expanding the range of relevant information services available to all stakeholders are identified. A list of the main tasks and modern requirements of the system is given. The algorithm of this system operation and the advantages of its use to identify the influence of education on a person’s condition in the labor market using the technology «identification of the educational trajectory of a person» is shown. The authors describe the main mechanisms of interaction of the software and hardware complex «Automated information complex of educational management» with other systems. It is proved that the use of such an information system in Ukraine will establish a closer link between the labor market and higher education, improve the mechanism of budget funding of educational institutions, the content of educational services and the process of their provision in order to obtain benefits in an adult’s life.
