THE POTENTIAL FOR EVALUATION OF THE COMPETENCE QUALITY INDICES OF THE TEACHERS WORK AT THE BASE OF THE SCHOOLS SOCIAL NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract. The problem of the evaluation of the competence quality indices of the teachers’ work are discussed and the system of the three-component indices of teacher competence (ITC) is proposed: 1) ITC1 is the measure of the teacher’s effectiveness on the base of using competence standardised testing at the beginning and finishing of the educational period (e.g. school year or the school education level) for evaluation of the average of the educational value-added of the students of the teacher’s class; 2) ITC2 is the measure of the educational environment quality in the classroom during the teacher’s lessons on the base of the evaluation of the students’ perception through their answering the questions of the student lesson competence quality questionnaire; 3) ITC3 is the measure of the subject and methodical competence of a teacher on the base of the evaluation of the peers’ expertise of the videotapes of the teacher’s lessons through answering the questions of the teacher lesson competence quality questionnaire. The principles for the school social network SchoolFB are proposed for supporting the Analytic Information System for Evaluation of the Quality Indices or the Teachers’ work (AIS ITC). This service is proposed to create on the TIMO platform (www.timo.com.ua ) and use in complex evaluation of the Schools Quality developed in the TIMO module of the Geo Information Analytic System GIAS «The Quality of Education» on the base of EST (External Standardized Tests).
